GJ King and Will Bressman

GJ is President and Will is CEO of RIA in a Box. RIA in a Box is a financial services firm that provides the leading number of registrations and ongoing compliance services to RIAs (Registered Investment Advisers) throughout the United States.   Over the course of seven years, Will and G.J. have transformed the business into a recurring revenue, software-as-a-service company, and grew both revenues and profits significantly. In 2018, they partnered with Aquiline Partners in order to recapitalize the business and accelerate its growth.

GJ's previous experience is in the investment management division of Goldman Sachs serving as a trusted advisor to a select group of high net worth entrepreneurs, families, and foundations. GJ holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University and a B.A. from Brown University where he graduated magna cum laude.  While at Brown GJ was a member of the varsity basketball team and still enjoys getting out on the court.  Originally from Chicago, GJ currently resides just outside of Cleveland.

Before taking the reins at RIA in a Box, Will was the manager of business development at LX.TV, a digital media content provider acquired by NBC Universal in 2008. Will was with the company at its founding and drove growth by brokering distribution and content partnerships. Prior to his time at LX.TV, he worked on strategy and analytics at Good Morning America. Will also holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University where he and GJ met and is a graduate of Harvard College magna cum laude with a degree in History.
