Noah Riner and Charbel Zreik
Charbel is currently the director at Manifestations Capital and was previously the CEO and board member of IT services company, DCI Design from 2012–2018. As CEO he doubled company revenue to $37M through new product launches, scaling the sales team, tuck-in acquisitions, hiring a senior team, and a focus on culture. He eventually sold to a large private equity firm with a 48% IRR return. Charbel’s previous experience includes management consulting with McKinsey & Co. and venture investing with JP Morgan. Charbel has a BS in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from Wharton.

Noah is the founder of Olympia Partners which invests in private middle markert firms. Prior to Olympia Noah was the CEO of Nuero International, a post-acute rehabilitation services company that assisted people with brain injuries (ABI/TBI) and spinal cord injuries in addition to those with other neurologic impairment. During his time as CEO Noah grew the company and at achieved a 45% IRR. His previous experience includes business development initiatives at Palantir Technologies, a data analytics company, and was part of launching a health and wellness company in Silicon Valley. Earlier in his career, Noah led a team of consultants at Booz Allen Hamilton, solving clients’ most pressing strategic problems. Additionally, Noah currently serves as an officer in the US Navy Reserve. Noah graduated from Dartmouth College and received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
